Watering is allowed within the St. Johns River Water Management District region no more than two days a week on designated days from March 13 until Nov. 6, when we return to one-day-a-week watering.
All of the details on when you can and can’t water are on our watering restrictions web pages. There are also some exceptions to the watering restrictions for new plantings and other temporary watering needs.
Watering hours have been limited (never between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.) in the District’s region since 1991, and watering has been limited to no more than two days a week during daylight saving time and no more than one day a week during Eastern Standard Time in the District’s region since March 2009.

There should be a toll free 800# posted prominently on the home page so that violations can be reported .
A neighbor of mine waters whenever they feel like it; they have been watering prior to 10AM and water is still going at 11:40 AM.
Thank you for your comment and for your interest in water conservation. The number to call to report violations is (800) 232-0904.
Good and equal watering schedule should be done in order to prevent problems. This is also a good way to promote water conservation.
